The PCT's Health Trainers Programme is channelled through 5 local community groups that are responsible for its promotion. This had resulted in a lack of consistency across the overall brand. British Red Cross asked Gungho to develop a strategy to create a robust over-arching brand and to develop a user-friendly way for each community group to promote the Programme. This involved consultation with the groups and research amongst key stakeholders. The key outcomes of the rebranding initiative: a strong brand identity, a comprehensive communication toolkit for the community groups and a set of guidelines and templates to maintain consistency of brand across promotional pieces.
